BY TRAIN
Brno is located at the main railway line Berlin – Prague – Vienna – Budapest.
The main train station is located close to the Brno city centre.

BY PLANE
Brno Airport (BRQ) has regular flights to Munich (München), London (Stansted and Luton) and Eidhoven.

The airport is very close to the city, easy to achieve by public transport, see the above web page for more details.
There are two large international airports close to Brno – in Vienna (VIE, Schwechat) and in Prague (PRG, Václav Havel Airport – Letiště Václava Havla).
From the both airports, you can get to Brno using coaches operated by Student Agency.
The coaches from Vienna Airport go every 2 hours and the travel time is 2,5 hours, while from Prague they go every hour and travel time is 4 hours. It is strongly recommended to buy the ticket online well in advance (e. g. at least two weeks before): choose destinations Vienna, Schwechat Airport Busstation or Prague, Vaclav Havel Airport and Brno, AN u hotelu Grand.
Additionally, there is a bus connection between Schwechat and Brno operated by Tourbus. It runs once per day.
Train connection from Prague Airport to Brno is also possible, with the Airport-Train station part of the track being operated by a shuttle bus. Please see Czech railways web site for more information. The connection is every hour and the travel time is 4 hours (thus, same as with buses).
BY BUS
There are two bus stations in Brno – Grand Hotel and Zvonařka.
Grand Hotel Bus station (AN u hotelu Grand)
Bus station is located in the City centre opposite the Grand Hotel, near the Brno main train station.
The bus station is the main bus stop for all Student Agency and most Eurolines coaches.
Zvonařka Bus station (AN Zvonařka)
Bus station Zvonařka is located south from the City centre, 700 m from the main train station. The bus station serves for majority of local and international lines.
